1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging the services of AA Tree Services Sydney, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any service request.

2. Service Agreement

2.1. AA Tree Services Sydney agrees to provide tree care services as outlined in the written quote or service agreement provided to the client.

2.2. Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be made in writing and may result in adjustments to the quoted price.

2.3. The client agrees to provide accurate information about the trees and property to ensure proper service delivery.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1. All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

3.2. A deposit may be required for large jobs, with the balance due upon completion of the work.

3.3. Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.4. Late payments may incur additional fees and interest charges.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

4.1. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee.

4.2. AA Tree Services Sydney reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to severe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Property Access and Preparation

5.1. The client agrees to provide clear access to the work area and to remove any obstacles that may impede the service.

5.2. AA Tree Services Sydney is not responsible for damage to underground utilities. The client is responsible for identifying and marking all underground services.

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1. AA Tree Services Sydney maintains comprehensive public liability insurance.

6.2. We are not liable for any consequential damage or loss arising from our services unless caused by gross negligence.

6.3. Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

7. Work Quality and Guarantees

7.1. All work is carried out to the best of our ability and in accordance with current arboricultural standards.

7.2. We offer a 12-month guarantee on all new tree plantings, subject to proper care and maintenance by the client.

8. Safety and Compliance

8.1. AA Tree Services Sydney complies with all relevant Work Health and Safety regulations.

8.2. Clients agree to follow any safety instructions given by our staff during service delivery.

9. Environmental Responsibility

9.1. We strive to minimize environmental impact in all our operations.

9.2. Where possible, we recycle or repurpose tree waste in an environmentally friendly manner.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

10.1. AA Tree Services Sydney collects and uses personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Australian privacy laws.

10.2. Client information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or for service delivery purposes.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1. All content on our website and in our materials is the property of AA Tree Services Sydney and is protected by copyright laws.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1. Any disputes arising from our services will be addressed through good faith negotiations between the parties.

12.2. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be referred to a mutually agreed mediator.

13. Governing Law

13.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

14. Changes to Terms and Conditions

14.1. AA Tree Services Sydney reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
