Taking a tree out in Sydney is rarely a matter of cutting it and letting it fall. Trees can sit close to a house, over a pool or between buildings with little room to work. Whether a tree is lowered in sections, lifted by crane or felled into a clear space comes down to what the property allows.
The work can cover the tree alone or include stump grinding, green-waste removal and cleanup. The written quote sets out what happens to the timber and stump, and what remains when the quoted work is finished.
Big cavities in the trunk, fungus at the base, widespread canopy dieback or a lean that has clearly got worse all point to a tree that needs a prompt look.
